Audi Quattro

Production of the Audi Quattro commenced in 1980 & continued until 1991 when this model was dropped from the range after 11,452 cars had been built. Sales did not start in USA until 1983 when its only real competitor in the four wheel drive market was the acclaimed AMC Eagle.

The Audi Quattro 4x4 set up was an instant success on the European rally scene with major wins during its first two years of production.
