International Harvester Scout

Production of the 4 wheel drive Scout 80 started in 1961 & was designed to be a direct competitor for the already established Jeep. It was a very versatile vehicle & came with several options including a removable hardtop, full length roof or convertible top.

The Scout was continually updated through its years of production with the 800 / A / B, Scout II / Terra Traveler & SS models. A total of 532,674 Scouts were manufactured during its 20 year life.

International Harvester A & B Series

The A Series range replaced the short lived S Series which was produced from 1955 to 1957 & this in turn was replaced by the B Series in 1959.

The A Series was also produced in Australia until 1979 & this model was designated AA.
