Jeep CJ Series

Derived from the 1944 Willys Overland Jeep the CJ (short for Civilian Jeep) Series continued in production from 1946 to 1986 and is regarded as the most successful vehicle of its type ever built having sold over 1.5 million units.

There were many upgrades & new models of the CJ over the years, all with the same basic looks & construction techniques.

Jeep Gladiator / J Series

The Jeep Gladiator or J Series was in production for 26 years from 1962, it used the Wagoneer platform for the  entire period & in 1967, except for the J100 panel van, it ceased the production of the rear wheel drive version due to poor sales.

The Gladiator name was dropped in 1971 & all models then were known as J Series or Jeep Pickup.

Jeep Wagoneer

The Wagoneer was produced between 1962 to 1991 & remained virtually unchanged throughout. It was the first luxury 4x4 to be offered in the auto world & was the forerunner & inspiration for the SUV market that we have today.

It originally replaced the Jeep Station Wagon & was eventually replaced by the Grand Cherokee.

Jeep Forward Control

The Jeep Forward Control is a truck that was produced by Willys Motors, later named Kaiser Jeep, from 1956 to 1965. The layout featured a cab over (forward control) design.

The FC Series was used for a variety of applications for commercial, military & civilian purposes including buses, fire tenders & ambulances. It was eventually replaced by the Gladiator.
